About
Jen Jefferies McNay believes in scrappiness, collaborative teams, and bringing ease and flow to the workplace through thoughtful systems and clear priorities. A business operations strategist, planner, and yogi, Jen spent a decade leading teams across multiple business areas - solving problems, scaling processes, and helping organizations move with more clarity and less chaos. She currently offers fractional Chief of Staff and business consulting services, helping organizations move from strategy to execution with clarity and momentum.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Certificate in Leadership and Ethics from the University of Pittsburgh. She also earned a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification through Yoga Alliance, along with extended meditation and sound healing training with private practitioners. Jen lives in Brooklyn, NY, with her husband, two boys, and their mini wire-haired dachshund, and spends her free time rock climbing upstate.
